The 2026 Seal 08 represents BYD's most aggressive push into the high-end EV segment to date.

• Aesthetic & Design: It features a sleek "coupe-style" silhouette with a very low drag coefficient. The exterior inherits the refined Ocean-X design language, incorporating LiDAR-ready hardware for advanced autonomous driving.

• Charging Revolution: Built on an 800V SiC (Silicon Carbide) platform, it supports BYD's world-leading 1,500 kW charging infrastructure. This makes it one of the fastest-charging EVs globally, drastically reducing "range anxiety" for long-distance executive travel.

• Intelligence & Tech: The cabin is equipped with DiPilot 5.0, which utilizes a high-compute platform and LiDAR for L2++ urban navigation. The interior boasts an ultra-luxurious "floating" cockpit design with a 15.6-inch 2.5K rotating screen and high-fidelity 18-speaker Dynaudio system.

• Chassis & Handling: To manage its 5.1-meter length, the Seal 08 is expected to feature rear-wheel steering and the DiSus-C intelligent damping body control system, ensuring the agility of a much smaller car with the comfort of a limousine.
